Brussels
Foundation and History
The Brussels office of TSP was established in 1993 to safeguard the interests of international clients before European authorities and to enable TSP to work on European law issues in the heart of European legislation. The Brussels office is available to all lawyers of TSP for resolving questions on Community Law so that the advice of the firm's lawyers is not restricted to German law. In addition to providing legal advice the Brussels office also engages in lobbying so that clients' interests may be introduced in pending legislative proceedings.
The activities of the Brussels office focus on customs law, questions of technical harmonization, competition and cartel law and anti-dumping processes.
