The Berlin office of TSP advises on all areas of commercial law. Among its clients are renowned corporations from all business sectors. The office's main work is to provide solutions for all questions arising in a company's business and the office's expertise ranges from corporate law, real estate, banking, mergers & acquisitions to international transactions. The daily work also comprises advice in all kinds of issues linked to the German reunification, such as restitution claims, succession problems and privatizations. In addition, the attorneys of the Berlin office have special expertise in the area of media and electronic commerce - a sector which has become more and more important in the growing Berlin market.

The incorporation of companies and the arrangement of corporate successions are supported by the Berlin office's legal work. In addition, the office advises in all commercial decisions and also covers the classic field of legal service to represent clients in court, before official agencies and in domestic and international arbitration.

At present, the Berlin branch comprises 6 lawyers and maintains its own notarial office.
