(born 1976); studies of law at the Universities of Frankfurt am Main and Leicester. Prior to joining Thümmel, Schütze & Partner in 2007 Seda Serin worked for a reputed law firm in New-Delhi, India, especially in the areas of foreign direct investment, corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Member of the Indo-German Lawyers Association. Admitted to the German Bar in 2006.
Areas of practice:
general civil and civil procedural law, contract law, international commercial law, Indo-German legal relations.
