(born 1978) Miriam Schoch studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Tübingen; she is currently working on her doctoral thesis in comparative law at the Institute of German and European Corporate Law at the University of Heidelberg (Prof. Dr. Werner F. Ebke, LL.M.); she was admitted to the German bar in 2005.
