Sachner, Olaf

(born 1961) Olaf Sachner studied and was a research assistant at the University of Marburg; he was admitted to the German Bar in 1997. Before joining Thümmel, Schütze & Partner he worked for more than 12 years in various roles for a major German banking group in Frankfurt/Main and Berlin. He has extensive experience in the areas of general banking law, corporate lending, restructuring and insolvency law, as well as property financing.
