Dr. Mitsch, Christina

(born 1961) Dr. Christina Mitsch studied at the Universities of Munich and Würzburg and was a research assistant at the University of Würzburg; she was admitted to the German Bar in 1990 and holds a degree as qualified attorney for labor law. A major stake of her work is dedicated to labor law advice to companies and their executives, in particular in project such as intercompany personnel restructurings and the conception and realization of stock option plans.

Areas of practice: labor law, distribution and agency law, unfair competition, new media.
