Dipl.-Verw. (FH) Dr. Andreas Trommler

born in 1966; Dr. Andreas Trommler studied administrative science at the University of Applied Sciences of Ludwigsburg and law at the University of Constance. He was an assistant lecturer at the University of Constance (chair in civil law, conflict of laws, international procedural law and comparative law of Prof. Dr. R. Hausmann). He was admitted to the German Bar in 2001. Dr. Trommler is the author of several publications on the UN Convention on the Sale of Goods as well as on Hungarian and Czech company law.

Dr. Trommler advises big and medium-sized companies on all questions in areas like national and international commercial law, in particular in commercial and company law, as well as drafting of contracts. Another focus of his activities is the representation of his clients before the courts in national and international matters.
