Legal Advisor on Russian Law

born in 1979; Zlata Sheve studied law in Russia and received a Master Degree at the University of Heidelberg (Germany). Since 2007 Ms. Sheve has been working in our Singapore office. She joined our Stuttgart office in 2009 and was admitted as a Legal Advisor on Russian Law in Germany.

Ms. Zlata Sheve advises mainly Russian or Russian speaking clients and companies as well as German and international clients, who are in business with or would like to invest in Russia. Ms. Sheve's practice with reference to Russian law is mainly focussed on corporate law, international commercial law and contract law. Ms. Sheve has business experience in Eastern Europe and is your contact person to provide legal support for projects in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries as well as for cross border transactions relating to these countries.

Ms. Sheve is a member of the German-Russian Commercial Law Association and is a founding member of the Russian Club in Singapore (Managing Committee).
