Olaf Sachner

born in 1961; Olaf Sachner studied law at the University of Marburg; he was admitted to the German Bar in 1997. Mr. Sachner is a Certified Lawyer for Bank and Capital Market Law and member of the banking law association "Academic Society for Banking Law e.V."

Before joining Thümmel, Schütze & Partner in 2005 Mr. Sachner worked as an in-house counsel for a major German banking group in Frankfurt/Main and Berlin for more than 12 years.

Mr. Sachner has extensive experience in the areas of general banking law, corporate lending, restructuring and insolvency law, as well as property financing.
