born in 1971; legal studies at the universities of Constance, Geneva and Heidelberg; assistant lecturer at the Institute for Private International Law and Foreign Private and Economic Law, University of Heidelberg (Prof. Dr. Herbert Kronke); admitted to the German Bar in 2004; publications and legal opinions on private international and international procedural law, on civil law, on international capital markets law and on electronic commerce; regular speaker at lectures and seminars, among others at the Academy of European Law (ERA).

Jens Haubold advises large and medium-sized companies comprehensively in corporate issues, commercial contracts and business law. He is specialized in complex corporate litigation such as shareholders’ claims and D&O liability claims. In this regard, Mr. Haubold is also representing D&O insurers both as monitoring and coverage counsel. Another focus is advice and litigation in international and cross-border commercial issues.
