Dr. Gerhard Bollmann

born in 1957; Dr. Gerhard Bollmann studied law at the University of Göttingen; assistance professor at the University of Hamburg (chair of Prof. Dr. Zeuner); Rechtsanwalt since 1987; Notar since 2002.

Property transactions and Corporate Law have been the traditional practice/ competence areas of Dr. Bollmann for more than twenty years. Beside his litigation practice in the aforementioned areas, he is now concentrating on his work as a notary public.

Dr. Bollmann handles all aspects of Property transactions including drafting, notarization and realization of purchase contracts for property corporations and banks as well as for private persons. Partition of property in accordance with the Condominium Act (Wohnungseigentümergesetz) is part of his daily work, as well as advice on financing and collateralisation procedures.

Dr. Bollmann notarizes foundations of companies and shareholders' meetings and advises clients on corporate reorganisation such as restructuring and merger. His extensive experience is a guarantee for the balance necessary in the notarization of these transactions.
