Severin Birkmann

born in 1962; Severin Birkmann completed his legal education at the Universities of Würzburg and Speyer. He qualified as a German lawyer in 1991, the year when he joined the firm. Severin Birkmann has been a partner of our firm since 1997. He has played a significant part in establishing our firm's real estate practice. He is a member of the Working Group "Construction Law" of the German Lawyers´ Association, of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht and of the Forum Public Tenders.

Severin Birkmann's areas of practice include advising domestic and international investors and property developers on all aspects of property transactions, project developments and property/facility management. He also specializes in public procurement and litigation.
