Dr. Sönke Anders

born in 1964; Dr. Sönke Anders studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Dijon (France). Admitted to the German Bar in 1995. Certified specialist lawyer in administrative law. Member of the Working Group "Construction Law" of the German Lawyers' Association and the Forum Public Tenders.

From the beginning of his career Dr. Anders has specialized in construction and public procurement law. He mainly advises clients on claim management, property transactions, public tenders, court proceedings relating to public procurement law and procedural construction law. Dr. Anders has developed special expertise in the field of automotive product liability law.
